Whatcom Water & Sewer District contracts with AFTS to provide billing and web-payment services for its customers. You are now on AFTS' secure server where you can make payments that will be applied to your account.

Payments can be made via your VISA or MasterCard with either a credit or debit card. A $2.00 convenience fee will be assessed to process each credit/debit card payment. You may also pay by authorizing a direct payment from your bank account, for a $1.00 convenience fee.

You must enter your account number shown on your billing statement. This account will be credited accordingly.

DO NOT PAY HERE.
It is required you pay by calling the office. If your statement shows a future lock date - payment is required by 3 pm on the 10th. If this is an after hours emergency please call 360-734-9224. Please note there is an additional $150 fee for an after hours unlock service.
